Registration

Your registration becomes binding once it is confirmed by the organizer.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• If you choose to pay by invoice, payment must be made within 14 days.
• Credit card payments are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by participant: Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event incur a 100% cancellation fee; no refund will be issued.
• Cancellation by organizer: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund. No additional claims may be made.

 Liability

The organizer is not liable for any damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
